Fingrid Local Frequency Controller (LFC) status. Value 1 = LFC is ON, value 0 = LFC is OFF. The data is published as a 15-minute average, where the values describe the proportion during which the Local Frequency Controller has been in use. If LFC has status OFF, aFRR energy market is not active.
