Accessibility statement

Fingrid Oyj aims to ensure the accessibility of the Open Data service in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019). This accessibility statement applies to the Open Data service. The accessibility of the digital service has been assessed by Solita Oy.

The statement was prepared on 27.09.2023 and last revised on 08.11.2023.

The Open Data service has been subject to comprehensive accessibility testing. The service largely meets the WCAG requirements on levels A and AA, and has no critical shortcomings in its accessibility. The key shortcomings in the accessibility of the service are described below.

Shortcomings in date inputs

In datasets download page, the date and time picker can be challenging to use by screen reader users. Those inputs are also becoming confusing when the page is zoomed in as the expected format is not fully visible in narrow fields. (WCAG 1.4.4)

Regulatory authority

If you notice accessibility problems, first send feedback to us, the site administrators. It may take us up to 14 days to reply. If you are not satisfied with the reply or do not receive a response at all within two weeks, you can report it to the Regional State Administrative Agency for Southern Finland.
